Most childcare administrators find themselves constantly dealing with the same nagging issues related to parents, money, teacher, or administration. This can be very exhausting, making you feel drained and overwhelmed, giving you the feeling like you’re dealing with “same problem but it’s just a different person”.

Having faced these problems, ourselves, we have spent the last year researching why many directors are experiencing this problem. Couple that with many years of experience working in administration we knew there had to be a better way. That is why we designed a systematic approach to resolve the most common issues we all face as childcare professionals. This class teaches you how to run your center, not have your center run you. You can expect to gain knowledge and perspective into what it takes to be an efficient center administrator through creating accountability for staff and parents resulting in a care free, smooth running center.
